Internet Safety Seminar
Think your child is safe from online predators? It may be time to re-examine what devices and apps your child is on and who may have access to your child without your knowledge.
We want to help keep your child safe. We are offering a FREE internet safety seminar at RiverTree Church, presented by Computer Forensic Examiner Hollie Strand. Hollie works as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children division in the Pennington Co. Sheriff's Office and will be giving real-time information on how to keep your child safe in a continually evolving digital world. You really don't want to miss this.
September 26th, 2026 @ 2-4pm: PARENT SESSION in the THRIVE CENTER
Grandparents encouraged as well.
Parents are welcome to bring their kids with them up to 3rd grade.
September 26th, 2026 @ 6-8pm:
TEEN SESSION in the THRIVE CENTER
Ages 4th grade - high school seniors.
To put our pre-teens and teens as ease, we ask that parents NOT attend the teen session.
September 27th, 2026 @ 12-2pm:
VOLUNTEER SESSION in the THRIVE CENTER
1yo and under may stay with their parents, but child care will be provided for ages 2-11yo in the Grow Kids gym downstairs. Parents who are also volunteers are free to pick which session they prefer to attend, but the main content will be the same for both sessions.
